How We Started
A personal mission, grown into a team
Elevate Home Care was founded in 2026 by three friends who want to ensure quality support for our older generation. We have witnessed a system that often felt impersonal, inconsistent, and disconnected from the real needs of older people and their families.
We set out to build something different — a care provider where every carer is carefully selected, every care plan is truly personalised, and every family feels genuinely supported throughout the journey.
Today, Elevate supports clients across Gladstone, Boyne/Tannum, Calliope, Miriam Vale, Biloela and surrounds, with a team of dedicated carers who share the same belief: that great care starts with great relationships.
